Ellie worked closely together with me and our architect to design the interiors of Beyond the Grounds Cafe and meeting place.
Ellie spent time discussing a design brief that would marry with the values and ethos of the cafe. The brief was to create a space that is open and welcoming. A space where people would feel relaxed and ‘at home’.
At a time when shabby chic seemed to be the design fault of many cafes, Ellie stood out by creating something unique, colourful and contemporary. Ellie also worked alongside the Branding Agency and informed their choice of colours for our logos and branding.
I believe much of our success as a business is due to the strong identity Ellie created for us. Ellie worked with us every step of the way, with an eye for detail-negotiating with suppliers and outside agencies to procure the best possible materials. Ellie is an efficient project manager who regularly met with our builders to ensure work was progressing per the brief and as planned.
The results speak for themselves. A business that is thriving with a customer base who love to spend time in our space. We are consistently congratulated for our  unique, beautiful interiors.
