Design Consultation
1 or 2 HOUR CONSULTATION –
$125 + HST (1 HOUR) /
$220 + HST (2 HOURS)*
Ellie will meet with you in your home to see the space to be designed, get to know you and understand your requirements for the space. Through the consultation we will:
- Define the room’s overall style, feel and vision as you, the client, require
- Provide a room scheme colour palette (for you to use when selecting final fabrics/upholstery/furniture. This may also include wallpaper suggestions)
- Give suggestions on furniture placement, window treatments (overall style and type/colour/pattern etc), rugs and flooring colours and dimensions suggestions
- Advice on lighting options and placement
- Extra suggestion elements such as accessories placement and room staging ideas

Home Design Service
From $1,100 + HST*
(WE PROVIDE AN INDIVIDUAL QUOTE TAILORED TO YOUR PROJECT’S REQUIREMENTS)
Service 1: Room Planning – from $1,000** (per room)
If you need help planning your room layout and finding the main elements for your room. This service includes an on-site meeting to determine project objectives, overall style and design vision; scaled floor plans identifying furniture placements, lighting elements and flooring treatments; a full room colour scheme; window treatments – design and selection; a complete listing for all furniture and flooring – we will also co-ordinate the purchasing of these; a full design presentation, illustrating the overall design including relevant samples.
Service 2: Room styling – from $1,000** (per room)
This specific service is ideal if you already have main furniture and just need help finishing off – this may also include giving furniture placement guidance.This service includes an on-site meeting to determine project objectives, overall style and design vision; a full room colour scheme; window treatments – design and selection; a full lighting plan – lighting selection and placement; a complete listing for all rugs and accessories – e will also co-ordinate the purchasing of these (where required); a full design presentation, illustrating the overall design including relevant samples.

We work hard to put a solution together for you that interprets your needs and aesthetic requirements, working on floor plans, drawings, mood-boards, and samples where appropriate. This all helps us to demonstrate our vision in bringing the dream for your space to life.
